For products scheduled for delivery by post, you have the right to cancel your order up until the point when the pharmacy accepts your medication.
We strive for your satisfaction with every medication you order from us. If, however, you need to return medication because it is:

then a member of our team will offer to find you a direct replacement or you will be given a credit on your account as a refund. We regret that we are unable to refund any delivery charges that you may have incurred. Unfortunately, due to our payment service, we do not have the facility to offer refunds.
Please refrain from disposing of medicines through wastewater or household waste. Consult your local pharmacist for guidance on proper disposal methods for unused medications.
